Hell, by then I’d known if one even existed in the store it would be tucked deep, deep in the store, either too hight to see or worse stashed In some box in the back. You’d have to ask for someone to dig it out for you.

Continuing my walk down the sidewalk I looked over at the newsstand … one Republican hating headline after the next. I’d remembered all those late night comedians putting down those on the Right night after night, after night. Songs one after the other hailing the virtues of the Left, while dragging down those on the political Right.

Just about every creative I could think of used the platform people like myself gave them to paint non-Leftist as evil and dumb. I wondered who was out there speaking for me? What artists were out there setting the record straight?
